Bio

Kurt has decades of experience in industrial manufacturing throughout North America. He served as President and COO of AB&I Foundry, a $90 million Oakland, CA manufacturer of iron plumbing products for the commercial construction market.

Following the sale of AB&I to McWane, Inc. (one of the world's largest manufacturers of iron water works/plumbing products, and one of America's largest privately owned companies), he served in senior levels at McWane, including full P&L responsibility for a $400 million division, spanning four iron foundries and two sheet metal fabrication/assembly plants.

Kurt received his BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MS from Cornell University. He and his family reside in the East Bay, Northern California.
